Time tracking system – Lead Developer & Agile Master

In summer 2021, I stepped in as Lead Developer and Agile Master to guide four frontend summer employees enhancing an internal time-tracking system. The project was about turning an internal time-tracking tool into a revenue-generating SaaS product, covering Stripe payments, accounting integrations, and faster, low-cost deployments — enabling new paying customers and long-term scalability. By summer’s end, the product had new paying customers, faster deployments, and all interns had secured jobs — one joining the company full-time.

Taxi Ordering App – Backend Developer

I played a key role as a backend developer in a project resulting in launching a modern taxi booking, dispatch, and payment app. The backend services enabled real-time vehicle tracking, secure NETS mobile payments, and instant PDF receipts for riders. Built on a scalable AWS Fargate microservice architecture, the MVP launched on schedule, ran reliably, and quickly gained strong user adoption — driving more ride bookings and positive customer reviews in its first month.

Vehicle Weighing System – Fullstack Developer

The project was about enhancing and modernizing a truck scale system to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. New features — including traffic-light control, extended weighing data, and updated receipt generation — streamlined operations for end users. Extensive refactoring reduced maintenance overhead, clarified data models, and increased test coverage, enabling faster, more reliable feature delivery.

Traffic Control Platform – Fullstack Developer

As a fullstack developer, I helped unify multiple legacy traffic control systems into a single modern platform. By breaking down a WebLogic monolith into Spring Boot microservices and integrating Active Directory SSO and messaging with ActiveMQ, I improved system stability and scalability. I also enhanced the user experience with a refreshed WPF client and supported operators through testing and training. The result was a seamless transition with zero downtime, high code quality, and full adoption across traffic centers—earning strong praise from leadership
