Time tracking system – Lead Developer & Agile Master

In summer 2021, I stepped in as Lead Developer and Agile Master to guide four frontend summer employees enhancing an internal time-tracking system. The project was about turning an internal time-tracking tool into a revenue-generating SaaS product, covering Stripe payments, accounting integrations, and faster, low-cost deployments — enabling new paying customers and long-term scalability. By summer’s end, the product had new paying customers, faster deployments, and all interns had secured jobs — one joining the company full-time.

Custom Manufacturing Automation Projects – Fullstack Developer & Scrum Master

A team of experienced full-stack developers carried out projects customizing manufacturing systems to meet specific customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with ERP platforms like SAP. The work delivered tailored order logic, tool-configuration features, and robust ERP integrations, while introducing agile practices that improved delivery coordination across the organization. The project was about restarting and delivering a complex manufacturing system integration after an initial halt. As Scrum Master, architect, and developer, I led the team in connecting ERP/MES, production lines, robotics, and quality systems using an agile, test-driven approach. The result was an on-time delivery with most defects caught early, a flexible message-broker architecture that reduced change costs, and DevOps practices that improved transparency and speed — earning strong customer praise.
