Customer needed experienced full‑stack developers for two large, customer‑specific manufacturing system customization projects. The team quickly grew from three to five developers, and the project was overseen by the client’s own developer acting as Scrum Master.
T – Task
- Develop the user interface and backend for custom order logic.
- Integrate with external ERP systems such as SAP.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming and delivery coordination.
