I am based in Tampere and available for remote or hybrid work, with occasional travel to the client once or twice a week. I’m particularly interested in roles where I can contribute as a Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach bringing together technical expertise and team facilitation. My background includes work in industrial domains with complex integrations (e.g., ERP, MES, automation), modernization efforts, and greenfield development. I thrive in projects that
involve problem-solving across layers from UI to backend an infrastructure.
As a generalist, I enjoy environments where I can apply my broad skill set to support the team and business from multiple angles. At the same time, my experience allows me to work effectively in more focused roles, whether it’s
as a backend or frontend developer, or in a team leadership capacity. I’m motivated by projects where collaboration, autonomy, and impact go hand in hand.
